Trusted Relationships
Relationships built on trust are the heart of our practice. If our patients don’t fully trust us, we are powerless to truly help them. We want to take the time to tell you just how important trust is to us and how we build it.

Time
You’ll never feel like you can trust someone who doesn’t spend any time with you. We make sure to spend face-to-face time with each and every patient. You should feel well informed and confident after every appointment.

It takes time to build a strong relationship. It’s time we’re willing to invest in all of our patients. We want to empower and have a partnership with each and every one.

Communication
The frustration and anger that results when you feel your voice has not been heard is very real and damaging. Clear communication begins by ensuring every patient can speak her mind and be heard. It’s then our job to clearly educate patients and help set reasonable goals and expectations.

Minimizing Anxiety
Dental phobia is no laughing matter. If a routine dental appointment strikes a chord of anxiety in you, you’re not alone. Communication and education can minimize dental anxiety, but that may not always be enough.

We want you to feel like you have some control in your procedures. We take your fear seriously and will do our best to ease it. Sedation may be an option for those whose anxiety is crippling to receiving necessary oral care.

Bottom line: Trust and confidence are essential to your personal care. This foundation motivates you to care about and participate in your healthcare decisions. The success of our practice is built upon the very core of trust with our patients.
